A limited number of additional rooms will be available at the Hotel Rouge nearby at $201.00 for a single or double, if booked at 800-738-1202 for the ELRC-WSLCA block by March 24.
Transportation The hotel is several blocks east of the Dupont Circle Metrorail Station on the Red Line, which connects with trains at Union Station. To take Metrorail to Reagan National Airport from the hotel, go 6 blocks south to the Blue Line at McPherson Square or take the Red Line at Dupont Circle to Metro Center and change to the Blue Line.
Taxi fares for individuals between the hotel and National Airport are about $15, but are higher at peak times. Taxi fares between the hotel and Washington Dulles International Airport and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) are about $55 and $65, respectively.
The SuperShuttle van may make a number of stops and charges about $12 from National, $27 from Dulles and $35 from BWI for the first person and $10 -12 for each additional passenger going to the same location. Contact 1-800-bluevan or http://www.supershuttle.com at least 24 hours in advance to book returns to the airport.
BWI passengers can also take a shuttle connecting to the BWI Train Station which serves MARC and AMTRAK trains that run to Washington, DC's Union Station. For MARC schedules and fares call 866-RIDE-MTA or 410-539-5000 or see www.mtamaryland.com. For AMTRAK trains and fares call 800-USA-Rail or see www.amtrak.com. MARC's Penn Line trains to Union Station operate only on weekdays with $6 one-way fares. AMTRAK trains to Union Station operate weekdays and less infrequently on weekends, costing at least $12 one-way. A taxi from Union Station is about $7.50.
Hotel Wiring The hotel charges $9.95 per day for a Wayport internet connection.

Guests Conferees may sponsor guests for all or part of the conference. We encourage you to invite members of your Congressional delegation and their staff and the staff of your State office to our reception on April 7. Please register and pay for them in advance, so they will have name tags. Guests are welcome without charge at the informal Sunday, April 6 reception in the conference hospitality suite.
Attire Conferees generally wear business attire at the conference during weekdays.
Gifts and Displays Please bring inexpensive state specialty items, such as hats, mugs, t-shirts, food, books or posters, for conference door prizes. Reports, brochures, posters, job announcements and videos are welcome as handouts or for display.
